60kg Weightlifting Total Increase – Raphael

I worked with Raphael, a self-taught beginner weightlifter, to dial in some key technical points.

We worked on getting his shoulders further over the bar, getting him to complete his extension, and working on him keeping the bar much closer .  The end result was a 60kg increase in his weightlifting total.

Advanced Supertotal Athlete – Nick

I worked with experienced athlete (and S&C coach himself) Nick to improve his Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Snatch and Clean and Jerk numbers simultaneously.

He ended up turning some previous 1 rep maxes into 3 rep maxes, plus hitting new PB’s in the snatch, clean and jerk.

145lb Powerlifting Total Increase – Caden

I worked with Caden to dial in his squat, bench and deadlift form, and guide his programming, alongside helping him to add some muscle and fill out his weight class.

He’s currently sitting at a 1100+lb total at only 19 years of age.

Youth & Junior Talent Pathway – CV8 Tennis

I provided strength and conditioning support to a cohort of talented youth and junior tennis players.

Over the course of a year, the average improvement in strength and power was around 500% (Yes, you read that correctly)

Professional MMA Fighter and Grappler – Roberto Miras

I worked with Roberto to imrpove his strength, power and explosiveness, as well as improve his fight specific conditioning.

Over the course of 8 months he saw an average 35% improvement in maximal strength and power, alongside significantly improved aerobic, lactate and anaerobic endurance (He got much, much fitter)

Masters Rower – Meri

I worked with Meri to improve her strength, power and strength endurance for rowing.

After dialling in training volumes and recovery we worked managed to achieve roughly a 10% improvement per training block.

Talent Pathway – City of Leeds Swimming Club

I worked with a cohort of roughly 30 athletes, aged 12-16, on the talent programme.

Strength and conditioning focused on learning movements, introducing loading and building a base of strength and power.  The average improvement over 6 months was 150%.

Leeds University Performance Rowing Squad

I worked with the university of leeds’ performance rowing squad on their strength and conditioning.

Training focused on strength, injury prevention, and for some rowers, hypertrophy.  At the end of our second training programme the average performance improvement was roughly 23%.
